What’s new in Android Pie?
Adaptive brightness: With AI integration in Android 9, the system learns your usage of your phone. It distributes the particular amount of battery and manages the RAM so that you get more battery backup. Your phone automatically sets the brightness according to the usage and environment.
App Actions: The app actions know what you will be doing next and it automatically gets it ready for the next work to ease it. For example when you are connecting your headphones or bluetooth then it gets you back to the song you were listening earlier.
Slices: This is one of the best features of Android Pie which sort out your favorite app faster than you imagine to open. It is something like when you search something on Google then it brings out certain results itself, for example when you type “Uber” it shows results like “nearest driver to me” or “how much it will cost to the home/office” etc.
Intuitive Navigation: A new feature integrated which helps you to switch between apps by using gestures instead of using the three-way navigation buttons.
Check your usage: Now you can monitor the applications that you use most of the time and the ones that are ignored. You will get to know about the number of notifications an application has received and how much time you are spending on a particular one.
App timers: This helps you to set the daily usage of the app. The icon turns gray when you are about to reach the time limit that you have set for the application.
